Staff candidates will be required to share a resume, three character references, and a 300-word answer to this question: “NCA’s mission is to train the minds and strengthen the hearts of students through a classical, content-rich curriculum that emphasizes the principles of virtuous living, traditional learning, and civic responsibility. In what way would your work for NCA contribute to fulfilling this mission?” Top candidates will be invited to participate in a series of video interviews prior to an in-person visit.

Candidates will be required to complete an online application and upload these documents.

In accordance with Georgia Charter School Law and NCA’s charter agreement, the children of full-time employees have enrollment preference.
