Infinite Campus

Parents can access their student’s class schedules, attendance records, and grades; and update their contact information through Infinite Campus, our student information and communication system.

How to set up a Parent Portal Account

  1. Request a portal activation key. You will be prompted to enter your child’s student number and birthdate.

  2. Create a new account.

  3. Log in.

How to Update Contact information

  1. Click "More" on the left-hand side

  2. Go through Address Information, Demographics, and Family Information and update all fields.

Find Student ID

  1. Click "Today" on the left-hand side.

  2. Make sure the correct student is selected in the top right corner. The student ID will be displayed for the student selected.

Records Transfer

If your former school is requesting enrollment verification, record release authorization, or record request forms for students attending NCA, please fill out this form and provide it to the school. This form serves as a notice for enrollment at NCA as well as a request for student records.
