Northwest Classical Academy’s Annual Campaign
The Spartan Fund
Help us reach our goal of $220,000 for the 2025-2026 school year!
Named after our beloved mascot, the Spartan, our annual fund is used to help offset the cost of general operating expenses and opportunities to enrich the educational experiences of our students. The Spartan Fund supports community events, athletics, fine arts, teacher support, financial aid for families in need, building and grounds improvements, and more.
Community members who give $2,500 or above before June 30 will receive an invitation to our Celebration Dinner the following fall.
Those who give $600 or above will receive an NCA-branded gift.
-
NCA depends on annual giving to fund important programs and experiences for students, teachers, and families. By giving every year, you will help NCA develop and sustain strong traditions and excellent programming. Annual giving allows for predictable rhythms and helps the school to build a culture of philanthropy.
-
By giving every year, our families are not only contributing dollars; they are renewing their commitment to the Northwest Classical Academy mission of forming knowledgeable and virtuous citizens.
When we go out into the greater community and ask for larger gifts, 100% participation says that all stakeholders are invested in the future success of NCA and builds confidence in our school.
-
At NCA, there are three primary ways to give: The Spartan Fund, Business Partners, and special fundraising events.
For information about Business Partners, contact Dr. Amy Bonnette, Director of Community Engagement (abonnette@nwclassical.org.)
-
We hope that every family will make giving to NCA a priority and donate the best gift they can in the current year. Recurring gifts are a great way to maximize giving over time. In addition, NCA offers the ability to pledge now and pay later. More details on our pledge process can be found here.
Most importantly, every gift of every amount counts, so whether you can give $10 or $10,000, your participation provides students, teachers, and families with much-needed support.
-
Giving early in the school year allows for better planning for the remainder of the year; Ideally, we would like families to give or pledge in the first semester before the holiday break. Giving in the fall allows families to receive the tax benefit in that calendar year. If your family budget requires that you give in the spring, a pledge in the fall helps the school plan ahead.
Pledges must be received by June 30 in order to count for the school's current fiscal year.

The Spartan Fund is an annual fund that supports general operating expenses. If you would like to discuss making a designated gift, please contact Dr. Amy Bonnette, Director of Community Engagement (abonnette@nwclassical.org.)
-
Often, families will have items they would like to donate as goods or services to the school. While these donations do not count toward the 100% participation goal, they can have a positive impact on our community. Please contact Dr. Amy Bonnette, Director of Community Engagement (abonnette@nwclassical.org), to discuss in-kind donations before giving.
