STUDENT PARKING
A portion of our parking lot is now designated for student parking. This privilege is extended to sophomores, juniors, and seniors for the 2026-2027 school year. If a student intends to drive to school and park on campus, please read the attached parking application carefully, fill it out, and email it to parking@nwclassical.org. The form may also be dropped off in the front office during normal school hours.
The application window for student parking will open on June 1st, and will close on June 30th at 3:00pm. Applications will not be accepted after June 30th.
Parking spaces will be assigned based on the following criteria:
All rising 12th grade students who submit an application by the deadline will be granted a parking permit if enough spaces are available. If the number of 12th grade applicants exceeds the number of spaces available, spaces will be assigned by a random lottery among the 12th grade applicants.
If spaces are available after permits have been assigned to rising 12th grade students, permits will be assigned to rising 11th grade students. If the number of 11th grade applicants exceeds the number of spaces available, spaces will be assigned by random lottery among the 11th grade applicants.
If spaces are available after permits have been assigned to rising 11th grade students, permits will be assigned to rising 10th grade students. If the number of 10th grade applicants exceeds the number of spaces available, spaces will be assigned by random lottery among the 10th grade applicants.
Ninth grade students are not eligible for parking permits.
Students who apply for a parking permit but are not assigned a parking space will be placed on a wait list.
Parking applications that are incomplete or filled out incorrectly will not be processed or honored. Please review the parking application requirements carefully to ensure that your application is not denied based on incomplete information.
A student must have a valid class C driver’s license by the first day of school, or the parking permit will be revoked and given to a student on the wait list.
Students who are awarded a parking permit will receive an invoice in ParentSquare on July 1st and will have until July 10th to pay the invoice. Students who do not pay the invoice by that date will lose their space. The space will then be awarded to the next student on the wait list. Parking permits will be available for pickup during Open House.
Students will be allowed to customize their parking spot with chalk.
Please ensure you are sending a copy of the student’s drivers license and proof of insurance for their vehicle with the permit application. Applications cannot be processed without this information.
