Procedure for contacting the senior school administrator and governing board: The email addresses for the Executive Director/Head of School and governing board members are indicated above; the school’s phone number is in the footer below. The school’s policy is to manage communications including grievances using the chain of command which typically involves - in order - the teacher, coach, or program leader, then the Upper or Lower School Principal, then the Head of School, then the governing board via the Board Chair. Except in emergencies, email is the preferred mode of initial engagement. The school welcomes and encourages pre-scheduled, in-person meetings.
