Summer 2026 program information to be released in Spring.

Summer Program Registration Information:

Summer Program Registration for 2026 will be announced in the Spring semester. Curious what the checkout process will look like? Watch the short tutorial video and then click on the button below to begin registration for your family.

Once you have added all programs to your invoice, there are no additional steps. NCA will process all payments in May when registration closes. Handbid Mobile App users will have the option to process payment immediately if they decide to do so. Families receiving the 50% discount will have their invoices adjusted before payments are processed, and are advised not to process payment on the mobile app to avoid unnecessary charges.

Registration & Fees

Each program has a fee of $200 (except the New Student Boot Camp, which is free and is open only to students who are new to NCA).

  • Only students who are enrolled at NCA at the time of the program may participate. 

  • Students who qualify for financial aid (at the time of registration) through NCA’s usual process will receive a 50% discount. Children of full-time employees also receive a 50% discount.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the school, in which case the fee will be refunded.

Drop Off/Pick Up

There is no supervision between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. Students must be off campus during this time.

All grades listed are rising grades; i.e., a grade listing of “2-3” indicates that the program is for students who will be enrolled at NCA in 2nd or 3rd grade next year.
