Coach Ings

2025 Summer Running

6th-11th grade XC will meet with Coach Sims on Mondays and Thursdays at the Big playground area at the school from 6:00-7:00pm. This will be starting on June 2nd and ending after the run on July 17th. This is when the xc schedule for xc will begin. Practice days and times are TBD.

(xc will not meet the week of June 16th or the week of July 4th )
